All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and UK public holidays).
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.


Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • UK Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days after dispatch

  • UK Express Delivery (if offered): 1–2 business days after dispatch

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photographic evidence so we can assess the issue and provide a suitable resolution.
