Return & Refund Policy (UK)
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
UK & EU Consumer Cooling-Off Period
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, for any reason and without the need to provide justification.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition in which they were received, with original packaging intact. Proof of purchase is required.
Exceptions / Non-returnable items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or used, including creams, sprays, or other topical products, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Damaged or incorrect items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days, including the original standard delivery cost (where applicable).
